- Step 1 : Place your pet's pawprint on the inkpad, and ink onto a paper
- Step 2 : Scanned/take photo of the pawprint
*** Scanned image is ideal. Please make sure it is clear and in focus enough.
How to upload my pet's paw print?
- Step 1 : Take your pet's pawprint
- Step 2 : Add on your pet's name that you want to be engraved on the pendant (Optional)
- Step 3 : Check out your cart.
- Step 4 : Send the pawprint file in JPG/PNG to [email protected] along with your order ID.
Can I carve anything other than paw print?
Yes, we support pet portrait carving as well however we do not provide design and drawing service. Customer should complete and submit the design by following the guidance
- Ensure the portrait lines are clear enough
- Ensure it is black and white
- Simple design will looks better than complicated one, so please make it simple
